This module focuses on how to engage with and acquire customers using social content. The module begins with some key considerations to bear in mind when planning content for social channels. It then introduces some of the content formats that are considered 'native' to social - including Stories, Live Video and Audio Rooms - and how you can use these formats to entertain your audience and expand your reach. Next, the module looks at ways of implementing an effective content strategy on social media, from leveraging social influencer networks to getting the most out of native insights tools. It wraps up by looking at best practices for scheduling your content on social platforms.
