This autumn Glasspaper will be delivering specialist courses for different specialised topics. All courses are to be delivered in a one-day training, with each specialisation ending with a certification.
Service Desk – there is now a separate book, course and certification for those who want to emerge themselves in building up a Service Desk aligned to ITIL 4.
Incident Management – a whole day focused on Incident Management built on the best practice tips within ITIL 4.
Change Enablement – put together a Change Enablement practice based on ITIL 4 that actually works in your organization.
Alongside there are also included courses on Request Fulfilment and Event Management. You can either book the courses one-by-one or take advantage of a bundle offer.
