Effective Digital Transformation Realization

A three-day course how to set up and organize the business side of digital transformation. It shows how to support management teams in deciding upon the implementation of a digital strategy. 2. How to create a digital strategy target; defining a target situation to be achieved in 3-4 years, helps to focus digital transformation initiatives and to let management and other stakeholders understand the direction and the intended goal of the transformation initiative.
  3. How to create a business architecture for digital transformation; building a business architecture (business value, business products, required business capabilities) describing how the target situation is to be realized.
