This practical course is design for testing professionals wanting to build upon their foundation knowledge and develop their test analysis and design skills. You’ll learn how to apply test design techniques in real-world situations gaining competency in the principles essentials for test design specification and performing outcome-driven test activities.
Audience:
The prerequisite for this course is the ISTQB® Foundation Certificate and it is suggested that candidates have at least 2 years practical testing experience. It is designed for:

Course Pre-requisites:

About Sue Atkins
As a self-confessed bug-magnet, quality advocate and risk nut, Sue Atkins has been active in the world of software testing and process improvement for over thirty years.
She has experience of software development from both the waterfall and Agile perspectives across a diverse range of sectors – from banking and telecoms to healthcare and retail.
Sue has a passion for training and loves to help others grow their skills in all dimensions of testing, quality and process improvement. She has spoken at a number of conferences, is co-chair of the Scottish Testing Group and was a member of the programme committee for EuroSTAR 2022 – Europe’s largest Testing Conference.

The exam is included in the course price
About the exam:
The participant must attain the ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing qualification as a pre-requisite to taking the exam. The exam is a remote proctored exam.
The ISTQB Advanced Test Manager exam is a 2-hour multiple choice exam with the pass mark being 65%. There is an extra 45 minutes allowed for candidates whose first language is not English.You must hold the ISTQB Foundation certificate in software testing in order to sit this exam.
